Baur, Geography Graduate Student
Brent
Baur, a second year graduate student at the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte, is currently pursuing a master of arts degree
in Geography with a concentration in Community Planning and GIS.
Mr.
Baur presently held a position with the Center for Transportation
Policy Studies under the direction of Dr. Edd Hauser. He worked on a project in conjunction with Dr. Hauser dealing
with ITS practices for the Ohio Macro Highway Corridor.
He
received a bachelor of arts degree in Geography with minors in
Cartography and Urban Settlement and Planning from Kent State
University.
Mr.
Baur has held internships with the Enterprise Foundation in Charlotte
and is currently assisting Tony Presley in a project dealing with
historical preservation for Gandt Haberman Architecture Firm.
