Conference participants will be pre-assigned to “Agenda Setting Workgroups.” (12-15 participants)  Each workgroup will have a pre-identified facilitator and recorder and be charged with identifying the hazards research, instruction and outreach needs of North Carolina across the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
